CASE STUDIES
Hi, I’m Gray!
I’m a Product Designer and Engineer at Palona AI, where I build intuitive, human-centered AI products that make complex systems feel clear, trustworthy, and—most importantly—human.
My background spans computer science, human-computer interaction, psychology, art, and philosophy, which means I think as much about how things work as how people feel when they use them. Before Palona, I led design teams at Develop for Good and helped build cohesive systems that made collaboration smoother and design work more intentional.
As a first-generation college graduate, I care deeply about inclusion and mentorship. Whether I’m prototyping in Figma, mapping UX flows, or helping someone through their first design sprint, my goal is the same: to create technology that helps people feel capable, connected, and at home in the tools they use.
